Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policies

Incorrect Goods/Faulty Product Received

While we diligently inspect all products before shipping to maintain the highest standards, we acknowledge that unforeseen errors can occur. If, for any reason, you receive a product that does not match your order or is found to be faulty, please don’t hesitate to contact us promptly via email at [email protected] or through Whatsapp at +971 54 511 7713. When reaching out, kindly include your order number and provide details of the product(s) you intended to purchase. Clearly outline the issue with the received item and specify whether you are seeking a refund or a replacement. Our customer care team will be ready to guide you on the necessary steps to proceed with the return process.

If you find that the smell of the scent you’ve purchased doesn’t meet your expectations, you have the option to return it.

Return Policy:

Make sure to include your order number in the correspondence.

1- Eligibility for Returns: 

Customers are entitled to return their purchases within 15 days from the purchase date.

2- Condition of the Product for Return: 

To be eligible for a return, the product along with its packaging must be in its brand new condition.

3- Usage Policy for Returns:

Products are permissible to be tested, but must not be used extensively to qualify for a return.

Refund Options:

  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, except for any shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 working days for the completion of the return process.

Exchange Policy:

1- Time Frame for Exchanges:

Exchanges are accepted within 72-hours of the purchase.

2- Product Condition for Exchange:

Products eligible for exchange must be in their pristine, original condition, including the packaging.

3- Usage Policy for exchange:

Products are permissible to be tested, but must not be used extensively to qualify for an exchange.

  • Exchange Fees: A fee of 25 AED applies for product exchanges.
  • Exchange Timeline: The exchange process can take up to 8 working days to complete.
  • Price Difference Handling: In case of an exchange for a higher-priced product, we’ll provide a link for the additional payment online. For exchanges with a lower-priced item, the difference will be credited to your wallet for use on future purchases.

Order Cancellation

If your order has not been dispatched, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or through Whatsapp at +971 54 511 7713 to begin the cancellation process. This will facilitate a seamless cancellation and ensure a complete refund.

However, if your order has already been sent out and you wish to cancel, the products must be returned before a refund can be issued. Your refund will be processed using the original payment method, minus any shipping fees that were charged on your initial purchase.
